I have a heap of new followers since I last introduced myself in December. Welcome! I’m so glad you are here! . . Housekeeping: I do my best to connect but DM’s are getting overwhelming as my platform grows. I’ll always try to respond to comments so I can help those who might never ever feel the safety of commenting but still read. . . Ok. So I thought I should introduce myself by means of random facts. . ✨ There are a couple things I’ve refused to do on my journey even though they made perfect sense. 1) Getting a minivan once the second child came 2) Using a selfie stick even though I’m a social media influencer 3) Calling myself an influencer because I can’t even. Serious, I’m just a selfie-hating over-sharer. . ✨ My longest ongoing relationship is with my 13 year old Boston Terrier. It may not be my healthiest relationship. Our communication is poor and he bullies me until he gets his way. But I’ll never leave him. . ✨ I bring talks, teachings and workshops to communities, organizations, businesses, nonprofits, colleges. My aim? Teaching the impact our unhealed mindsets (and those of our parents) have on our success and satisfaction in life. And the lives of everyone we come in contact with. (Share my platform with your organizations and Human Resources! You’d be surprised how often they are seeking educators and speakers!) . ✨ I pretty much totally hate the gym, but love how I feel after I go... but my real love is hiking. My goal is to be more intentional with my self care as it relates to physical health. I’ve pushed it off long enough. This chick isn’t getting any younger!! . ✨ I’m not perfect or complete. I’m in process. But I am 10 times the woman I was when I started this journey and love who I am evolving into. I want everyone to feel this kind of deeply rooted peace and self compassion.
