If you have 20 minutes to spare take the time to meet Charlotte Richardson and John Ballard. They met in 1965 when Richardson, a 9-year-old black girl and Ballard, a 19-year-old white man participated in the historic marches from Selma Ala., to Montgomery to advocate for black Americans' right to vote.
Fifty years later, I had the pleasure of seeing them meet again in Selma to tell me their stories about the Jim Crow South and the civil rights movement.
