Offering for aasimar/tiefling combos! I've a character duo aasimar warlock/tiefling sorcerer who have the same soul. The story is that the aasimar was a princess claimed by a power-obsessed celestial, and the tiefling a copy of her soul made so the celestial could hide the aasimar and play Civ V with her. The two reincarnate throughout universes, with the tiefling trying to find and help her break free, and the aasimar fighting for autonomy from a celestial guild who possesses people and her.

Accidentally stumbled into a romance btw my cursed clay genasi blood hunter/barbarian with a paladin's disposition and the firbolg rogue pc. It's been a *hella* slow burn that started with my pc not trusting the rogue and him being scared of my pc, but over time both kept reaching out to one another and trying to understand one another's "oddities" and support each other. We called them soulmates before we realized their romantic affections. It's been a year and a half into the game, (1/2)

(2/2) and they confessed their feelings for one another a few months back, and been partners since. They're quietly affectionate with one another and the player and I think post-game they'll move to the country together. *Ironically*, the other player and I also were having out own slow burn outside of the game, and our characters managed to confess a couple months before first before we could. Considering this game was what brought us together in the first place, it was a very cute coincidence.

3/2 Extra nugget but they first met in a secret hideout of dragon cultists with my pc walking in to the rogue fucking around with a bloody altar. They both made eye contact. He asked if they would lay down on the alter. They said yes. This was also one of my first conversations with the player. 

Aww, double romance :D That is very adorable! I’m glad it turned out like this. And I love me a good long slowburn while simultaneously being the most impatient person. I have the prospect of at least two slow burn romances in my campaign (both pc/npc couples) and I am already vibrating on my chair about both of them - one of the pairs haven’t even met yet and the other two have met once and are for now enemies. I have a long way to go :’D
