Bat got some issues 😥
Bat parents are divorced  after the fourth kid they realize that things wasn’t gonna work out. Also they used to argue a lot about money about the kids, and then eventually they divorce. Her mother got full custody of her and her three brothers, and at first life was OK. Her mother was actually the good parent before the divorce with being a single parent with four kids, and a ex-husband who isn’t really the best supporter I can’t really get to a person and her mother started to kind of spiral down her mother had some form of depression but she would always try to ignore it but after a while, she just couldn’t ignore it no more and all the frustration sadness and anger just came to her. She started drinking and then drinking lead to smoking, and then that led to her bringing over bad men she would get mad at her kids whenever she’s high or drunk, mainly blaming them for ruining her body or ruining her life even though it was her choice to bring in for kids at her life  she would hit the twins bats brothers and that never hit the little brother because he was only five the mother would get mad at bat for so-called tempting the men she would bring over, but none of those men did anything to her bat was only 10 when all of this started to happen, and it took her father seeing the bruises on his kids, to make a report to the court and to child protective service. Her father isn’t a terrible man, but he’s not the best he was young both him, and her mother was very young when they had Bat brothers and her  but that doesn’t excuse for what they did  eventually the her father would get custody of her and her brothers, and then they would move to Eltingville to get away from the mother .
When they moved to Eltingville bat became mute. She was so hurt and mentally affected by what her mother did, and said to her, it took three years to get her to talk again because of Gayle, Gayle was kind of forced to leave her childhood home, which her grandparents, Farm, and home just to make bat feel comfortable and safe again Gayle is the same age bat.
 When bat was 14 she was walking to school with Gayle in the car pulled up black car and there was three people in it. All adults mainly young adults like 18 to 19 one of the people was nickname Hades he liked bat  He saw something great in her sick bastard, he gave her a cassette with a mix of alternative, but mostly goth music, and told her to come around or hang out, sometimes which she did poor girl, but that day on she became bat. 
As bat got older, and hang out with these three people  hades and the other two they got her to drink and smoke  mainly she drinks more because it was easier to get alcohol back then, then weed. Gayle would always try to get bat to stop smoking and drinking, but she would never listen drinking to her It like her coping mechanism whenever she thought about her mother or other things that make her feel bad or wrong. She just drinks the pain away and if you’re wondering where her brothers are well let’s just say she has a blackmail  against them so that’s why they never tell their dad or never tell her and she’s also sneaky she’s not stupid she knows how to get around and keep secrets from her family even from Gayle. bat sometimes thing about killing herself, because besides her family and the people, she surrounds herself with she really has no one  in her head Eventually she’ll cut off Hades and his friends  and when she does, she feels a little bit more free, but it also means she becomes dependent on someone else. She’s a very emotional person, but she doesn’t let her emotions out in a healthy way. She lets them out in anger. She’s very bad anger issues when she was in high school and even now the one true person I was able to let her be her true self let her be angry be toxic be cruel is bill. …

After she cut off Hades, bill was there to comfort her in a weird way, even though he doesn’t really like her that much and she doesn’t like him after that day something happened to them where they grew a connection a dependent on each other in a weird and sad way if it wasn’t for bill then who knows what would’ve happened too bat in the future maybe she got better or maybe she died  the only reason why she doesn’t kill herself is because of Gayle, she doesn’t want to make Gayle sad or feel like Gayle wasted her time being there for her because she knows that Gayle was forced to hang out with her. She knows that Gayle misses her family back at the farm, but Gayle always tells bat that if it wasn’t for her she would have never met the club.
Oh, Hades did nothing to bat that was extreme he never got close to sleeping with her because she stop that shit right away, and after she cut him off, he was scared of her because she kind of stabbed him in the face and ripped out his tongue piercing
