notes to self!

lipton peach mango tea is actually quite nice. I don't usually enjoy sweet fruity teas, but is pretty good. 

this year is going so incredibly fast, and I am no where close to where i wanted to be at this point in the year. I'm okay with that because I have come so far, and I need to remind myself of that

today i hate a really bad self image, old thoughts and a lot of anxiety but coming home and having a meal i could deal with and enjoy, which made me feel better

i saw my nan today, I MISS HER! she is a typically wingeing old lady sometimes, but she is the sweetest woman. She has just been dealing with a lot with my mum and brother. I'm glad she could let it all out to me and we spent the day together. She's so cute, and tried on a few shirts too. One showed the tiniest bit of one of her straps and she was like "oh no, i cant have the old men getting ideas about me, they will get too excited" haha, it was so adorable. 

i love my family, no matter how far we drift, i really do.

i prepped breakfast and packed an A++ lunch for tomorrow and I'm excited

my friend and i are trying out a few free gym classes at uni tomorrow, but its my day off so i have to trek in bright and early and study whilst i wait a few hours till she wants to come in. A little annoying but i really need to study

i have three assignments due in the next 25 days. So thats a worry

with the exception of today, i have been feeling really good. The good days have been better, and the bad haven't been often and haven't gotten worse. Which is great!

Im drinking from my new favourite mug, so nothing beats that really

goodnight :)
