     That probably sounded weird, but he once tried to steer a ship right back to a planet, and found himself     THROWN        out said ship. He’s not getting locked out of his Omnitrix for something as silly as, essentially, not updating his stupid alien watch.

“... It’s alright.”  She did not mind the cold as much, as it gave her an excuse to use her collection of sweaters, among others advantages. As... “How about I make some hot chocolate? I-It’ll surely warm you up.”

    You were silent as you held the weapon in your hand, your whole body shaking like a leaf in the wind. You were only 187, you had hardly even hit maturity. Yet here you stand, looking down at a crying prisoner with a weapon in your hand.

      “Do it, recruit. Don’t be a coward.” Your instructor says behind you. He’s leaning against the wall and watching you smugly, watching you shake.

   This is for the blade you say to yourself. You know they wouldn’t approve of this, that they’d hate this, but you have no choice. It’s this or you’re killed. That’s how it works in the empire.

      “Do it.”

   You swing your hand forward, the weapon connecting with the prisoner’s head with a sickening crack. Seconds later electricity sparked from the weapon and enveloped the prisoner’s body, shocking them until the life left their eyes. It felt like it took a long time, but you’re not sure. You vaguely aware of your instructor praising you but you can’t really hear him. The memory begins to distort and go fuzzy as the prisoner's corpse is replaced with a new, live one.
