HOPE: A Confident Expectation with Ps Edwin Tugano
"... it can be so paralyzing when I don't know what to do... But I'm learning that God calls us to listen and seek His direction by His word for just the 'NEXT RIGHT STEP'... He wants us to [trust Him enough to] step out in (steadfast!) faith because He is faithful to establish our steps! He loves us and WON'T let us fall.
In that, we don't need to crowd our mind with what-ifs, or worry about our reputation, or even what tomorrow brings, because He will take care of all of that, and it will ultimately be for our GOOD and for HIS GLORY.
(It's funny...) I'd been praying for focus and being able to sit down long enough to pray and be with Him, and right now I am realizing that He has been calling me to slow down and rest. And the way in which He answered that prayer and has made me rest was at first so painful, but I see now! As I've been nestling into His word, despite circumstances I've found peace and new revelation with Him... He is so faithful and I know He's working things out for His GOOD and the good of His beloveds (all of yous!)...
