One of the many members of the Coral family the Diastema subspecies are known for there risky life stye and high stakes games. It is extremely rare, but on occasion a Serpentes may be born with more then one head. This abnormality is known as 'bicephaly' and the split can happen anywhere from the jaw to the base of the neck. Those with bicephaly will have two separate contentiousness, one for each head. Although they may have different minds, the two heads often think similarly to one another due to having the same genetics.

Most Serpentes have teeth, but there are some that have a more specialized form of teeth that they use to inject venom called fangs. These fangs come in 3 different forms, Solenglyphous, Proteerglygphus and Opisthoglygphus. Solenglyphous fangs are a type of fang that folds into the Serpentes mouth when closed. This allows the fangs to be very long and give them larger reach without getting in the way of there mouth. Proterglyphus fangs are fixed fangs in the front of the mouth. Think of these as two sharp syringes that when punctured into a foe cause them to become envenomed. the last kind is Opisthoglyphus or more commonly known as rear fangs. These fangs are in the back of the snakes mouth and are used more in helping to eat then in defense. However, they can still give a nasty bite when scared so watch out.

There is a subspecies of Serpentes known as the Cenchoa who are renown for there musical abilities. Although many of them have talents in all sorts of instruments, the instrument most commonly played by them is the fiddle. If you ever get the opportunity to hear one play a tune around a campfire I would seize it as it will be something you wont soon forget.

Within the Coral family there are many high profile Serpentes with wealth and power. One of these Serpentes is named Elodie. She is the owner of the Casino Coral, a large casino on Coral land. The fact that it is built on Coral land gives her more flexibility when it comes to how she wants to run the place, basically allowing her to do whatever she pleases. As long as you don't get in over your head in the games run in the Casino then there isn't to much to worry about.

The Diastema subspecies legend is one of loss and love. It is thought that during the great Coral kidnaping a mother had her children stolen away by a evil Casino where they were being given away as prizes. So the mother did what she had to do and went all in, in order to save her kids.

There are three main groups(more commonly known as clans) that a Serpentes subspecies falls into. The High Nvoem, low Nvoem and Non Nvoem. Each clan has its own traditions, similarities and expectations within there communities. Although some may diaprove or shun the clans they were born into, it is rare for a clan member to turn away another member of there clan when help is needed.

At a quick glance the Madagascariensis often look angry or upset with there large furrowed brows leading some Animalian to call them 'mad hogs' and give them a wide birth. However, they are just as likely to be happy or upset as most other Animalian. The large bumps they have over there eyes are used more to protect them when they dig rather then being a built in reflection of there anger.
