Ingredients: 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 teaspoons sesame oil. 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar. 1 teaspoon minced garlic. 1 teaspoon minced ginger. 1 teaspoon chili flakes. 4 cups mixed salad greens. 1/4 cup sliced cucumber. 1/4 cup sliced red bell pepper. 2 green onions, chopped. 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds. Salt and pepper, to taste.
Instructions: Mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger, chili flakes, and olive oil in a bowl using a whisk. Put the shrimp in the bowl and toss them around to cover them with the sauce. For about 10 minutes, let them sit. Set the pan on medium-high heat. Put the shrimp in the pan after marinating them. Cook for two to three minutes on each side, until they are pink and done. Put the mixed salad greens, sliced cucumber, sliced red bell pepper, and chopped green onions in a large salad bowl. Put the shrimp that has been cooked in the salad bowl. Pour the rest of the marinade over the salad. Serve the salad with toasted sesame seeds on top of it. Add pepper and salt to taste. Add everything to the bowl and mix it well. Feel free to eat the Toasted Sesame Salad With Spicy Shrimp right away.
