One of your biggest arguments is not to push western ideals on a Japanese show... well practice what you preach.

For hundreds of years the legal age to be an adult, get married, take out a loan, etc is 20 years old in Japan.

All these arguments are saying Rin was 16-18 except that’s not legal in Japan.

In the west, she could marry if her parent or guardian signs off on it... but who is gonna sign for her you guys? Apparently she has no parents and no one that can qualify as her guardian...
