Well this is beautiful. I love the idea of Vanessa's home, or indeed Vanessa herself, being a safe place for Charity. I think we saw that last week too when Vanessa was suggesting therapy. Charity tried to change the conversation and when she couldn't she walked away, but only from the topic, not the person. And she knows Vanessa will wait for her to calm down and come back.

I can't decide what I loved more. Charity thinking the hamster is risen from the dead, Vanessa thinking Human Aaron died, or Charity messing with Pearl. This was the best.

With that prompt my mind went straight to angst and I am so glad it wasn’t. This was so amusing and of course Charity has to wind pearl up. She wouldn’t be Charity otherwise. This was pure wholesome goodness and I loved it.
