Kang always assumed he was good at saying no, but now that he thinks about it, it might not have been that he’s good at saying no, but that he rarely ever has to say no. Kang didn’t really have any friends besides the maids before he joined Seongnam University, so he never really had the chance to decline hanging out with friends. And even now in Seongnam University it’s not that often friends invite him out.
And if he thinks further about it, it’s actually pretty rare that people ask him uncomfortable questions or ask him to do things he doesn’t want to do. So he has never really gotten the chance to practice saying no much. And now where he actually was in a situation where he had to say no, he didn’t fully knew how to, she had offered to buy him a drink and he had somehow managed to say no to that, but yet she kept staying by his side, rubbing up on him and not leaving, and the multiple times he tried to leave she wouldn’t let him.
He looked at the clock, it was late and he desperately wanted to get home, to get away from her, but it was getting harder and harder with every attempt. “I really want to leave” he said quietly, looking away while trying his best to not get eye contact. “No” she simply replied while her fingers trailed down his neck.
