Walking into the reception hall and hearing the cheers for the newly married couple, the smile on Frank’s face was evident. With Alice by his side, everything felt perfect. Sometimes he would find the light reflecting off of the new ring on his finger, it was a weird feeling having it there, but it never brought anything but a smile to his face. As he made his way around the room, Frank tried to talk to everyone he could, wanting to make sure he got the chance to thank everyone for coming out. Spotting someone, he stopped next to them, giving them a smile before he spoke. “Hey! Hope you’re enjoying everything. Did you get something to eat? Or drink?” He asked, wanting to make sure he took care of his guests. “Also, thank you for coming out tonight. It honestly means a lot to Alice and I to have you here.” Frank continued with a bright smile.

The room was filled people, family, friends and Alice looked around in awe. Despite how she would have done it, run off and gotten married in some weird little chapel all the work her mother and mother in law put in did not go unnoticed. Frank was off talking to someone and she was standing at the table adjusting her dress. She felt a tap on her shoulder and she turned. Her face was flushed with happiness, smile wide, the very image of a glowing bride. With a bright laugh she placed her hand on their shoulder and shook her head. “Anywhere else I would have tossed ya to the ground, good thing i’m in the field or trainin’.” She joked with another laugh. “Promised my mother in law I wouldn’t so that here though. Thank you so much for comin, you look wonderful.”

Evening everyone! With the event officially over, we’d like to thank everyone for the amazing participation in our first event! It was great to see how everyone’s characters interacted and the fun conversations that happened. Everyone is still welcome to continue their event conversations, we’d just ask that you make sure everything is still tagged properly. We can’t wait for the next event!

Starter for @a-force-of-alice​

Frank had been making his way around the room, trying his best to try to talk to as many of their guests as possible. However, there was an announcement of dinner being served soon and Frank felt his stomach grumble a little. Looking around, he noticed Alice already close to their seats and made his way over towards her. Walking up behind her, he wrapped his arm around her and gave a small kiss to her cheek. “Having a good time, Wife?” He spoke, a cheesy grin playing on his lips. As much as he wanted to spend some alone time with Alice, he knew they had to mingle with everyone for a while before they got to spend some time alone. “Are you ready for dinner?” He asked, pulling her chair out for her as he moved. “I’ve only had a few snacks along the way, but I’m so ready for the dinner. Ever since we tried it a few weeks ago, I’ve been waiting for it.” Frank continued with a small laugh.
