leverage, for the fandom ask thing
YES i love Leverage and I’ve been rewatching it (and getting distracted trying to figure out a crossover with the Rogues of course) so this is perfect
the character i least understand
Parker is a mystery at least half the time and then the other half she’s so perfectly transparent you just want to try.
interactions i enjoyed the most
Oh god this is so hard because that’s like… the greatest strength of the show, right? There are so many choices. Like pretty much everything between Eliot, Parker and Hardison. All the cute Parker/Hardison bits, like the scene with the pretzels, seriously leave me here to die. And the evolution of the way Eliot and Hardison interact, like in the fishing episode when they’re the cutest bros oh my god.
the character who scares me the most
All of them can be scary if you cross them, I guess. But I’m going to say Nate because not only is he incredibly competent and ruthless, he’s not always in control of himself, so he really needs the rest of the team to keep him in check.
the character who is mostly like me
Ugh these are always hard for me because like… I don’t really know what I’m like? Probably Sophie because she tries to be a hardened criminal but she’s actually a perpetually concerned mom friend.
hottest looks character
Hardison oh my god Aldis Hodge is beautiful. I mean they’re all attractive but oh my god.
one thing i dislike about my fave character
If I have to pick a fave I guess I’d pick Hardison. And I didn’t like a lot of his interactions with Nate that felt like… weirdly father-son-y more than Nate’s interactions with the other characters. Like I get that Hardison didn’t really have a father figure but him needing Nate’s approval of how competent he is felt weird to me.
one thing i like about my hated character
I don’t think I hated any character? I mean Sterling is the worst but he’s played by Mark Sheppard the Patron Saint of Nerd TV so you’ve kind of got to love him.
a quote or scene that haunts me
Oh god like… not to get super personal but a couple of the episodes dealing with Nate’s alcoholism, particularly in season 2, hit really close to home for me. The dialogue between Nate and Sophie in “The Bottle Job” messed me up.
a death that left me indifferent
Lol I mean, when they tried to fake us out that Sophie died for five seconds, did anyone believe that? It was a really well-staged scene but come on.
a character i wish died but didn’t
Nobody? I’m not sure I’ve ever really wanted a character to die, I’m a huge softie.
my ship that never sailed
Assuming that Parker/Hardison/Eliot was lowkey canon the whole time, I’m going to say Sophie/Tara, because Tara was the fucking best and I wanted a million scenes and/or fics of those two stealing shit across several continents together.
