There's apparently a serial killer in Little Rock who's killed 3 people, injured a 4th, and what was the response for handling it?

Apparently, there's a fucking superhero who's been operating in Arkansas for the last 8 years since moving here from I think Scotland that's come out to now do daytime patrols.

I'd like to introduce you all to ShadowVision. He's issued a challenge to this serial killer to come and try to take him on.

This is the greatest thing that has ever happened in this state. We have our own katana wielding Batman. I'm losing it guys.
