Holy shit.
Haven't trained in about 2 weeks, and I was actually wheezing during this one lol. Helen and I did this at the new box - the first official wod in it! Feels so bloody awesome to get back into the swing of things though - I've missed that high you get after a wod when you're physically exhausted. Can't wait to train tomorrow.
