This one is difficult. It came at a perfect time. I have been stressed and unmotivated for a couple weeks now. The lack of motivation is currently feeding the stress and the stress is crushing whatever motivation I have. It’s a vicious cycle.
I have a lot of projects and work I need to get done in a relatively short period of time, but nearly every time I sit down to do the work, I just sit there feeling defeated. I’ve been making some progress, but very slowly, and I am starting to get behind and overwhelmed.
This morning I woke up with some motivation and I am trying to take full advantage of that. I hope I am coming out of this slump. I have to work extra hard to get things done right now. I haven’t been feeling great lately even though all around me is beautiful flowers, sunshine, and warm weather. These things usually cheer me up instantly! I will get through this low period.
