𝙂𝙞𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙙 🍲 I can’t get over how good the food is at @milkbeachlondon. This was my 2nd visit to the restaurant, plus a delivery during lockdown, and I just get blown away every time. I went down for the Spring menu which is available until the end of May, and I hope some of these dishes aren’t just around for this season because they are incredible. My favourite dish had to be the fermented cashew and garlic scapes on toasted sourdough. The fermentation takes around 2-3 days and results in this beautiful creamy and rich cashew cheese. It actually reminded me more of hummus and it goes perfectly on bread, and the garlic scapes bring an earthiness to it all. The pan fried seaweed gnocchi, clams, smoked pork belly, and wild garlic was also a stand out dish. I’ve never had gnocchi cooked so perfectly, it was soft and bouncy without being chewy and doughy, but the mix of clams and pork belly brought a saltiness that made it stand out. The grilled monkfish tail, monk’s beard and brown shrimp in xo sauce is also a great dish. The quality of that monkfish is so evident, plus those little prawns on top is such a good touch and could easily stand out as a snack on their own. The BBQ pork rib dumplings are a must-have dish too, so much flavour packed in to a small bite size space. There’s no way you could come to @milkbeachlondon and be disappointed. Elliot and Darren have worked together to create an amazing menu with inspirations from back home and the food really does speak for itself. . . . . . #queenspark #london #londonfood #londoneats #londonist #londonlife #timeoutlondon #milkbeach #londonrestaurant #londonrestaurants #londonfoodguide #londonfoodie #londonfoodblog #londonfoodblogger #smallplates #foodporn #australianfood #sharingplates #gnocchi #monkfish #foodphotograph #foodphotographer #finedining #casualdining (at Milk Beach) https://www.instagram.com/p/CN6_ugOnya9/?igshid=dvj0p9ga5tga
