Shatterproof lighting announced for Food and Beverage, and other industries which cannot have broken glass exposed to their products. The Shatterproof Squared (S2) is a tough fluorescent bulb that is double coated with a proprietary nylon casing so that if the bulb breaks there is no broken glass or chemicals such as mercury contaminant that can enter our customers products. Any one of our fluorescent light fixtures can be equipped with this same S2 (shatterproof squared) protection.
