The other special pen I found at #sfpenshow2019 , a vintage sheaffer flex nib, housed in black and pearl celluloid. The nib is the thing. It has a firmness and is yet flexible, reminding me of the experience writing with vintage esterbrook dip nibs. It is different in feeling from my other flex nib pens, which I am apparently collecting now. 🤷🏻♀️ @paperwantsapen may like to know that I’ve inked it up, and reaffirmed how lovely it is to write with.
