TPB is great, the only thing I'd say to be ready for is a couple of moments that are old-school sexist. It went mostly over my head as a kid - like the other person said, a lot of the love is in the nostalgia of it - but watching it as an adult kind of made a moment or two stand out. (It doesn't drag the whole thing down, it's just probably gonna be more obvious to you if you're watching for the first time as an adult? So just, be Ready for it is what I mean) But it is otherwise A Masterpiece.

I listened to 15 seconds of this and I’m already DELIGHTED. (I looked it up and the non-podcast version of this show is on series 72! That’s wild!) I can’t wait to listen to more!

@shenanigaining  Mission To Zyxxxxx. Improvised sci-fi comedy, but they use the improv to create the world they play in, such as a version of Hollywood where ships are actors. Regularly riff on Star Wars, occasionally Star Trek, but very much it's own weird thing, currently between seasons 3 & 4, very good, lotta great guests, just super good

@andinocara  Rusty Quill Gaming is a well-produced DnD podcast, while Stella Firma is a very funny series (British, both from the people who do Magnus Archive but not scary).

I’ve heard of those, but for some reason I thought Rusty Quill and Magnus Archives were the same show, so when I looked at it and saw horror I skipped it. (I love horror, just not right before bed.) I’ll definitely try Rusty Quill, and also Magnus Archives during the daylight!

I don’t think they were initially intended as a two-parter. Fox did something’s similar with Cop Con and I think the episode that followed it (? maybe the one that preceded it, I don’t quite recall), and while separately both episodes work, airing them on the same night feels strange. It’s a show that’s released weekly and only occasionally has 2/3 parters, airing two eps that don’t really have any connecting threads is a weird choice, not sure why Fox keeps doing it

yes, maybe it wouldn’t have been so strange that the episodes didn’t connect (unlike in s4 where they make those episodes a two-parter) if they’d been released one week apart but anyway, i hope they close this nutriboom business soon because i want to see those scums behind bars. another reason to renew b99 (apart from seeing jake and amy having kids, holt and kevin renewing their vows, and seeing rosa finding happiness with a woman)!!!!

I think it’s what’s coming to mind because I watched Psych and Chuck around the same time a few years ago, and there’s an episode of Chuck where Sarah’s standing on stage and wearing a tiara (can’t remember which episode but I’m pretty sure it’s season 1 or 2), so if you ever watched Chuck it’s possible the two got mixed up in your head?

maybe that’s it! I only watched a few seasons of chuck on netflix years after it aired, but still. that could be it.
