A very important principle used by philosophers. Sherlock Homes, although a fictional prodigy, influenced the way philosophy deduces results from observations.
Life is a mystery and we are yet to solve it. The closer we are to solving this Enigma, the further it feels we are to it.
As a fanatic of philosophy, I just wanted to let you know how excited you made me feel when I read that.
That principle can be applied to every science or area of life.
My brother once said I could be a great philosopher. I, however, prefer forensic sciences much more. I think the mysteries of life are rather to be solved by biochemistry instead of philosophy. After all, our whole existence is based on biochemistry. Without biochemistry philosophy would not exist either, given it is a human invention, and our thoughts are nothing more than electrical signals and neurotransmitters being released.
I'm not okay. I'm never gonna be okay. We just have to accept that. It is what it is. And what it is, is shit.

I started reading Sherlock Holmes and I'm totally obsessed with it. They are SO GOOD!
But how can John and Sherlock be DO DAMN GAY? they are completely married in the books- I ship them in the serie, yeah, but in the book???? There's no denial for them being a couple /joking.

I had no idea why exactly this quote from Sherlock was stuck in ma head for the whole afternoon, but I had to make this because it fits (I don’t make the rules, fan fictions’ writers do :D)
