You know why Sherlock did not invite any of Watson's friends on his bachelor night? He knew this might be the last night where he has his company. He knew what marriage does to people and that's why he tried so hard to talk him out of it in the motor ride to the event. He wanted his undivided attention because he knew Watson would devote all his time to someone not him after this night. He knew Watson would move out and he would probably never see him again that's why he wanted his bachelor night just for them two. He didn't plan for a dinner date, he was never good at expressing his emotions at social dinners or at all. The last time he went to one with a loved one he got a wine glass thrown at his face or he ate alone. He always bonded with Watson over their investigations. He was going to do that only, for the last time but Watson decided to ditch him and play cards instead.😔🥺
