           ♡ //   the sun was starting to rise, the time escaping sherry as she hadn’t rested over night. some nights were sleepless for her.     perhaps she had woken jean pierre up, perhaps he never went to sleep, but he was up. she apologized from the couch, not looking at him while she shuffled through old letters from various family members written in their native tongues.     ‘tell me about your travels,’     she wanted to know more about it; it was so long she had gone without jean after spending her entire life with him. of course she wanted to know. tired eyes finally shifted to look at her brother. her next phrase was practically muttered under her breath, shifted back to the letters, gestured them as she spoke again.     ‘you’re really the only one with a story i don’t know about.’ // @bloodydevoir
