The famous Torii of the “White Beard” shrine by the Biwako Lake, Shirahige Jinja (白鬚神社). One of its Torii stands about 30 metres offshore on Lake Biwa in Shiga-ken. It’s located on the main Rt 161 a little before Takashima City.
