Whom do you blame? About two weeks ago, Himachal Watcher had written to #ShimlaMC regarding defacing of public property and visual pollution in the city. The MC had peeled off posters pasted all over the rain-shelter visible in the picture. Within no time, it's back to the condition in which it remained for several years. The violators did not spare the advertisement hoarding of a private varsity. If the SMC is following rules, then the advertiser has paid for hoarding. Does it sound ethical to deface it? This behaviour indicates an uncivilized attitude. E-Toilet installed but still not operational The work of installation of E-Toilets at the New ISBT of #Shimla was completed about half a year ago but it was still not made operational.
