They were held up for 2weeks but I’ve been told they cleared customs and should arrive to me this week! So I’ll be signing them and shipping them back to LA for fullfillment as soon as I can. There’s nothing I can do but laugh. I bought something from an Etsy seller in Hong Kong in the middle of December. Shipping has been slow, but I was happy to see that the package made it to Chicago last week, and I was hopeful that it would make its way to Texas soon. Shipping update 🚨 I know many of you have placed orders on my shops and I can’t thank you enough for the support 🙏🏻 I make my living from online orders and with COVID things have gone so squirrely! 😣 Here are photos from the USPS Center in LA that my shipper sent me. The postal system is unfortunately overwhelmed. So if you’ve placed an order, I’d like to explain how the system works so that you know that my team IS sending out the orders in time. 📦 My shipper Justin prints and packages everything within a week or two depending on if it’s a custom print (signed prints need to be shipped to me in Canada) He then drops off the parcels in large batches and they go through this sorting facility. Then USPS scans the parcels as received only before sending them off, which can be days or unfortunately weeks after Justin drops them off. So even though Justin HAS dropped off the orders USPS doesn’t register in the system until it’s out the door. As you can see the Postal Facility are BUSY. 😳 It’s insane to see the pics. I’m honestly overwhelmed by these photos he shared with me. 🤯 I know how frustrating it can be when your waiting for your goodies. I feel it too 😔 So I’m working on setting up a pickup system so that USPS will come and get the orders which will help speed things up! I promise that I’m doing my best and so is my team 🤝 I truly appreciate all your patience and understanding.
