You know how Kai was super flirty in the earlier season and im thinking that they were young in the earlier seasons (s1-s7) and how his parents got kidnapped/left.. that I would say he probably once had a really good relationship with. yeah.. what if he was always so flirtatious because he was trying to fill in that gap of the missed affection he lost from his parents and being a guy who didn't know what to do with his anger issues, he thought this was the next good thing to do about the empty emotions? I think all in all, Kai is definitely touch-starved.
