Well, there are a bunch of multicolored party banners like the ones in this photo on my street that were put up for construction. However, It's my birthday in 4 days, and for some reason, I feel that James would 100% be the type of boyfriend that would make a big spectacle for his s/o's birthday...including dressing up like a showboy and dancing for them!
