I was thinking, it would be cool to see a more lighthearted take on the “Shredder Takes Over” idea [Last Ronin, Same as it Never Was, etc.]

But then I just noticed, surely this is the premise of Shredder’s Revenge--you see Foot Soldiers working everywhere, and Bebop broadcasting Foot Clan propaganda or something.  So, maybe they have indeed taken over the world and you’re un-taking it over from them !

Also, this might be the first-ever game to acknowledge Vernon [?]  maybe you can unlock him.  He’d be butting heads with April

Our Turtles tonight was "Shredderville" wherein the Turts visit a dystopian, Shredder-controlled New York...not unlike The Last Ronin or Same as it Never Was
