Reflection about the story Sinigang by Marie Aubrey J. Villaceran

the lesson I learned from this story is that forgiving a person will really help you to feel at ease. it will help you to be more happy. first because when you forgive someone it will always feel like another dissatisfaction have been gone. second you will realized that we should forgive those person who deserve to be forgiven. because my father who forgives my mother from leaving us behind feels so much happiness. like even though i didn’t see her since the day i was born, but i can see that my father really loves her and me feels like why should i be angry when the true victim here is my father who loves my mom with all her heart but she still leave him, she still leave us. but as the time goes by i can see that my father didn’t say any bad word to my mom. i can see that even though my mother leaves him with a big responsibility he didn’t curse or say any word. he just accept that responsibility. i guess that what true love is. you will forgive the person who hurt you the most not because you just want to. but because of the thing called love.

as a student i can apply this lesson just by forgiving those person who deserves it. not to look cool but because who really don’t want to lose them just like my father did.
