Closed for Keiko
Avery listened to the announcement with great fear, paying close attention to that naughty bear’s terrible words! While she appreciated the copious presence of bears in his speech, she didn’t much appreciate the very uncopious presence of food in her life! A girl’s gotta eat, doesn’t she? Why couldn’t they have just threatened to kill them all if they didn’t kill? That way they’d still have food. She groaned loudly. This was terrible. Avery always felt like shit when she was hungry, and she had admittedly been gorging herself from stuff in the kitchen. It appeared she’d have to go hungry for awhile... u-unless she killed, that is. No! She can’t think things like that. She wouldn’t kill, no sir.
As she started to walk out, she noticed Keiko. She was always good at coming up with ideas, so maybe they could work together to think of something. Avery ran as quickly as she could to meet up with her roommate, slowing down as she neared her. “Hey Keiko! What’s up?” She smiled at her. “I hope you aren’t letting this motive get you down! No rival of mine would let something as weak as this beat her!” She smirked for a moment, before looking at her again. “But what do you think of it? Do you think you’ll be okay?”
She scratched the back of her head. “Maybe we could try to think of an idea about what to do? Maybe there’s some fish in the lake we haven’t seen, and we could find some fishing gear!” She frowned. It wasn’t a great idea, and she doubted it would work, but hey, you don’t know until you try! So, she decided to hold onto the belief that there would be fish in the lake.
