How short should the "Short Public Bio" be? I feel like what I put doesn't really explain how my character got to 'fame', just what he does, and I'm not sure if that's enough, but I'm afraid of going overboard with it, y'know?

I'd keep it to about a paragraph or two at most! It's just there for the other players and the readers to get a glimpse at your character, you don't need to put too much. Think of it kind of like in DR1 when Naegi is researching all of his fellow students, just their general accomplishments that got them noticed.
