B. is used to having a sapphic rage bait artist as a rival instead of THE YEARNERRRRR.

the scene where chidori takes junpei to the roof and threatens him

the scene where junpei finds out chidori is hurting herself (i think akechi would do this out of anger, feeling himself get attached to someone stresses him out and pisses him off)

finally the scene before chidori dies, when junpei wakes up in the hospital inside his mind, and chidori gives junpei her life and chidori says "i love you"
