Glory glory hallelujah <3 Thanks David, I really appreciate these tonight! You know, I love these music memes because they are without a doubt the hardest memes I think I could do. I have to rack my brain over each and every answer, because there’s always more than one!
The Beatles: An artist you think is overrated.-I know a lot of people would disagree with me, and always to each their own, but you know I’ve never been head over heels for Michael Jackson. I enjoy ‘Thriller’ during the Halloween season. Otherwise, ‘Billy Jean’ just annoys me and… What do you know, that’s about all the songs by him I really care to mention.
Green Day: A song that makes you feel rebellious. -Oh there are more than a few. ‘I’m Burning For You’ by Blue Oyster Cult always puts the spring in my step, but I have a few oddball songs too that probably wouldn’t make sense to other people. I think ‘rebellious’ is in the eye of the beholder. ‘I Touch Myself’ by Blondie always gets the wild girl out. And ‘The Killing Moon’ by Echo & The Bunnymen. ‘The Lost Boy’ by Greg Holden is a different kind of rebellious. Anything by The Kills. ‘Working For The Weekend’ by Loverboy. ‘Going To Hell’ and ‘Miss Nothing’ by The Pretty Reckless! ‘Alright’ by Supergrass. ‘Freaks’ by Timmy Trumpet & Savage make me feel like I can do anything- though mostly when I’m drunk. Lol.
Genesis: A band that your parents always played when you were little?-Dad loves classic rock. I grew up with a lot of bands like Kansas, Iron Maiden, Led Zeppelin… Unfortunately, I’m also a Newfoundlander. That means Dad and Mom played a lot of Newfie music too, like ‘Aunt Martha’s Sheep’ by Dick Nolan. Classic lol.
Led Zeppelin: Favorite album art?-Oh wow, hard one lol. I dunno… I really like the artwork that came with My Chemical Romance’s ‘The Black Parade’ CD.
