Monday I was scrolling around the net, thinking about making a dollhouse and decorating it, when I came across a full apartment one that was basically one room, built on a flat surface, with a little set of stairs to the bed area. It got me thinking to make little rooms to start off… But how? I have no boxes or anything Waaaaait.. I have this display cabinet that is displaying nothing! It’s perfect! Visible on each shelf are 20cm x 20cm square canvas boards, which I’ll be using as the base. Each “floor” will have a ladder leading to the next, and I’m thinking The Borrowers themed. I’m pretty excited for this. I have to remind myself it’s not going to be completed in a week so I don’t get frustrated.
