good  day  to  another  version  of  POSITIVITEA  MORNING .  today  i  want  to  mention  the  wonderful  @sicarea /  @vidafresa .  when  you  look  at  her  blog ,  you  might  be  surprised  by  the  astonishing ,  original  look  she  made  herself ,  because  my  friend  maru  is  a  TRUE  ARTIST  with  photoshop .  everything  she  does  amazes  me  so  much  and  i  would  recommend  her  work  to  everyone  who  is  looking  out  for  someone  to  commission  a  theme  or  any  other  graphic  at .  besides  that  she  is  a  total  sweetheart  whom  i  love  to  chat  with ,  babble  about  the  fact  that  we  both  are  TOO  OLD  FOR  THIS  SHIT  and  whatever  comes  to  our  mind .  my  south  american  bae  is  a  total  queen  and  if  you  are  not  following  her ,  you  are  not  only  missing  out  one  of  the  sweetest  beans ,  but  also  a  very  very  talented  writer  who  created  such  amazing  ocs  that  you  can ‘ t  but  adore  them .  over  the  last  weeks  we  went  through  some  serious  shit ,  but  she  kept  being  super  supportive ,  caring  and  spent  so  much  time  talking  to  me  via  whatsapp  that  my  mobile  might  have  almost  exploded  at  some  point .  maru ,  i  am  very  grateful  to  call  you  a  friend ,  to  have  met  you ,  to  speak  with  you  and  share  a  lot  of  opinions  that  probably  are  quite  unpopular .  you  are  a  beautiful ,  bright  soul  and  deserve  the  world ,  so  please  know  that  i  will  always  and  forever  be  there ,  that  i  will  forever  stalk  your  blogs  and  will  never  stop  gushing  about  your  wonderful  edits .  I  LOVE  YOU  LOADS .

Sitting near the upstairs bedroom window, Carl gazed down at his arm. The sleeve had been pulled back, revealing the bite mark. It had happened weeks ago, but still nothing had happened to him. He hadn’t turned into one of the infected and he couldn’t figure out why. What did he possess that nobody else did? It was a subject he was curious about, yet didn’t want to bring up to anyone else. He’d seen what happened to people who were deemed infected. They were pushed down to their knees and shot in the head, killing them on the spot no matter how hard they begged and pleaded for their life. Why would he be an exception?

It was after fleeing from the Fireflies soon after they’d found him that Carl ended up here: at an empty community with houses that held some interesting but overall useless objects, such as comic books and video games. His goal was to obtain some weapons to defend himself with--a gun, specifically. He wasn’t having much luck in these houses though, and immune or not, the infected could still kill him by other means. A sudden and unexpected noise pulled Carl from his thoughts, the teen jumping to his feet and grabbing his backpack. Someone was in the house with him.

He listened carefully for the sound, his gaze glued to the bedroom door and dreading the thought of the door knob turning. Approaching footsteps meant it would open soon, and so Carl quickly got to his feet and hurried over to the window. It would’ve been a decent escape plan, but it was old and lacking use, thus refusing to budge. “Shit,” he cursed under his breath.

     “my father hired you so you would spy on me. and scrutinize everything that i do. that is the difference.” chuck stuffed his chest with anger, not willing to take it out on the woman who was merely attempting to do her job. it was bart bass who deserved to be yelled at and maybe punched. not her. 

     “if i truly have to go through this, i think i’ll reserve myself the right not to be sober, if you excuse me.” he stated, walking towards the bar to order his favorite whiskey. “and i know you shouldn’t drink while on duty, but, it would be a pleasure if you joined me.”

     Dean knew she was right--they were on their own, but he wasn’t about to let that be a setback. If they were tactical and planned it out carefully, they could both make it out of here alive. Sitting propped up against a counter, which also acted as cover from the infected, Dean double checked how much ammo he had left in his guns; four bullets in his pistol and two in his shotgun. It wouldn’t do much against the number of infected that swarmed the basement, and there was no quick escape they could run for. The exits were blocked by the fungus that had caked itself to the walls, floors and doors.

     “There,” Dean spoke under his breath, voice slightly muffled by the mask he wore to keep himself from becoming infected. He nodded towards the elevator door, which was only partially open. With a little prying, they would be able to squeeze through. That wasn’t going to be an easy task with the infected wandering around though. “That’s our ticket outta here. We take the suckers out quietly, one at a time, buy ourselves enough time to pry the door open and viola. Freedom,” he suggested, holstering his gun and instead pulling out his knife. Bullets would be a last resort. “You got a knife?”
