what does your train of thought look like right now?

whew, my train of thought derails on the daily tbh. i’m currently blaming myself for something that was completely out of my control, but then i’m thinking about how i need to find a new psychiatrist before my meds run out, and then we’re on to other not-so-nice things about myself. my mind is a mess.

I usually sleep under tons of blankets, stare at a wall, take a shower or play games :/
