ok. so. this fic started off with different characters, was very short and just comfort vibes, but i decided to re-write it as cake (ofc) and the whole thing kinda changed once i opened the doc and started writing again...its like the same vibes but somehow even softer and more comfort-y which i didn't think was possible, but okay.

here's a little snippet of what i have so far, and im proud to announce that you managed to pick the one with some Baking Content in it! well done <3

Luke tries to muster some kind of smile in response as he tugs his headphones down around his neck, Led Zeppelin blasting out the speakers freely now, but he must fail terribly because Calum’s smile slips from his face, just like the batter that drips from the spoon he's holding, landing in the mixing bowl underneath. It melts smoothly into the rest of the mixture and disappears, and Luke stares at where it landed, wishing he could bring it back.

hi guys, so i’m going to be doing major construction on my dashboard for this account.

i want this blog to be strictly about writing/fics. whether it be answering asks that deal with my work or reblogging fics only, i want the main focus of my writing blog to be writing.

i’ve decided to only follow fellow writers on this blog.

i just feel that this is the best way to set the priorities for both of my blogs straight.

one is strictly for my work & supporting other writers, while the other is to support writers as well, but also for any other random things i come across & random asks/conversations!
