Pre-Pride sign-making social (with vegan, gluten-free cupcakes) Sunday, June 17th, 2018 (2-4pm) 55 Gould St., 2nd Floor Equity Lounge (brown seating)

You don’t need to plan to come to any of the Pride events to come for the social & cupcakes.

**non-ace/non-arospec friends etc. welcome to attend this social** Given the political landscape, special invitation to (not-specifically ace or arospec) bi/pan and trans folks and/or folks with more radical politics who would like to participate and don’t have another group to participate with 

Directions with elevator: After entering building, elevators are straight ahead, on the right. From elevators at the second floor: turn right, then follow hallway around the corner

Direction with stairs: Stairs are immediately visible from the entrance of the building. From stairs go up to the 2nd floor: turn left and follow hallway around the corner

   Accessibility at Ryerson Student Centre (55 Gould St.):

entrance flat to the sidewalk, power door; elevators inside

all gender washrooms available

please avoid scented products (we will have unscented soap)

closest TTC station is Dundas St. which is listed on the TTC website as “accessible” (with elevator)

we regret that we are unable to offer ASL interpretation

Fundraising Note: for anyone who is able to and interested in contributing to the cost of parade participation (e.g., the sampling permit so that we’re allowed to hand out information about asexuality & aromanticism), we’ll be collecting donations. There will also be some zines and crafts for sale as part of the fundraising efforts..

A local breakfast place hired me to draw this for them. Pretty pleased with myself that I managed to get it up in time for their opening - - 16+ hours of work over two days!

Are the supplies provided for the sign making hour? :)

There will be some markers and poster board! I suggest that everyone try to bring as much of their own stuff as possible, though! And remember to bring your righteous anger and wit, too! ALSO: DO NOT BRING PAINT!!! The city does not want paint on the cement at Union Square. Paint signs, shirts, etc. at home! DON'T BRING STICKERS, EITHER.
