I have borrowed several of the anthology Signaler (Signals). It is published every year in the spring and is filled with debut writers. I am checking to see if they are any good these newcomers. It's the big Norwegian publisher Cappelen/Damm that publish this anthology. Many new voices every year. Anyone can send in their manuscripts to this anthology. Even those who are not signed by a publisher yet. But I think it must be difficult to get through the door. I guess they get tons of manuscripts every year. But I have heard it's a stepping stone to get a publisher to be in this anthology. You are seen and heard and someone may notice your talent. :-) Well, if you are in this anthology someone already saw your talent...
