OKAY vulture’s nest was so good and it’s obvious that they let jeff have so much influence on it

It’s literally about bad moves (who opened for jeff on some of his tour stops this year and they’re so good pls check them out!)

And it’s so good bc it emphasizes the importance of indie/small/DIY musicians and how it’s pretty accessible to Start Making Music even if you’ve never done it before (“a song can be just two chords!”)

And then they name-dropped the Silent Barn at the end and I literally CRIED anyway thank you so much COTC this episode made my week

As some of you may know, Silent Barn is closing its doors at the end of the month. Educated Little Monsters is now making an effort to rapidly raise funds to take over the lease to create a space for their youth program. The space will also continue to serve as an all-ages venue for concerts, art shows, and community events. ELM needs our help more now than ever, so we have teamed up to put on this charity event!

If you're interested in participating as a vendor or lending a hand in any other way, let me know. We still have plenty of vendor spaces open! Spread the word!!

   Also I was commissioned for the 4th Punx of Color Event!!! I went to the 3rd one and I met so many cool people and felt absolutely welcomed and accepted. It was nice to meet other POC and to have discussions that we face in our communities. There will also be POC tabling at the event!

All proceeds from the event (after the bands have been paid!) will be donated to The Black Alliance for Just Immigration (BAJI).

It’s def. gonna be an awesome time, it’s this Friday at the Silent Barn and I’m happy to have been a part of this in some way! Hope to see you there!
