                                           midnight hair, inquisitive eyes, a face made for smiles. she’s sunlight reflected on glass, flower petals blowing through the air, the scent of a beautiful but empty room, of three hours deep into your closet  &  discovering something you thought you’d lost. mysterious but familiar  &  faintly of flowers  ;  something you might’ve discerned a time ago but foreign now. makes your chest ache all the same.

      “ HAVE YOU EVER seen anything so ... weird ?  don’t touch it ! ” keith stops jiayi from moving any closer with an arm across her shoulders. he’ll never hear the end of it if she got hurt under his watch -- he’ll never let himself live it down, either. cautious, he taps at the colorful mushroom, mouth an ‘ O ’ when his finger bounces right back.  //  @silksongs

             HAVE A BEAUTIFUL girl dancing without a proper partner & lance is weak. he hasn’t walked on human legs in years but they carry him easily enough to catch the spinning girl in his arms, fingers gentle around her wrist. 

                “ the way you did once ~ ” the animals blink at him & he gives them but a wink before he’s guiding the girl forward, steps light, no idea how to dance but he’s spurred by her joy, so infected with her radiance he doesn’t care. he can’t remember when he’s had this much fun.  “ upon ... a ... d r e a m ~ ”  // @silksongs
