Mark went through so many rejections in his life to the point he became an extremely jealous . He envied all the happy couples around him and the small town he lived in was known as the love town where a lot of couples visit the Town for the romantic atmosphere. He started killing every couple in the town. Especially on valentine day.
To the point he is now being called vow valentine
