Hi ! I saw your gifs of Sophie Zhang as Rhaenyra Targaryen and I absolutely loved them, they are stunning ! I was wondering if you could do some more gifs of Sophie Zhang as a Targaryen ? She really do fits the part, thank you and I love your work <3
I rarely get asks so I saw this and thought "what have I done wrong?" 😄
Instead, oh my gosh thank you!!
I've been hoarding lots of re-casts I haven't taken the time to actually make. I spent so much time on Sophie, but I felt like it really flopped so I'm so so glad you liked it and even more that you took the time to tell me! It means so much!! I became SO involved in the show making it. 😄 The costumes are GORGEOUS!! I teared up giffing some scenes, I'll admit it 😭
Absolutely I could do more! I'll tag you if you send me a username if you'd like! 💕💕
Isn't she glorious? @weeguttersnipe spoils us! 😘 🥰️
(Again, I’d like to reiterate that these Next Gen characters are only in my “New Company of Life” Verse. Or at least, the Epilogue stories of that verse.)
Princess Artemis Shapiro
Daughter of Queen Stella and King-Consort Brandon
Second-In-Line for the Throne of Solaria
Younger Twin to Her Brother
-Before you say anything, she is well aware that her and her twin brother’s names are absolutely hilarious. (Look, their parents really got into Greek mythology during their time on Earth, okay?!)
-She’s the younger twin, by like, 18 minutes. (She jokes that while her brother didn’t care about it, she had to make a grand entrance.)
-When we first meet her, she’s about 15. (As is her brother.)
-Artemis, like her mother, enjoys going to the Solarian countryside and taking part in different equestrian games.
-Her horse is named Moonwalker.
-Yes, it’s sort of a pun. She’s punny. (She may have her dad’s cheesy sense of humor.)
-Her powers: Artemis is Fairy of Moonlight.
-The Solarian Press have dubbed her the Silver Princess. She’s cool with that, considering her brother is the Golden Prince.
-She’s got her dad’s hair color and her mom’s eye color. (And her mother’s penchant for sass and “Princess Attitude”.)
-Her grandmother Luna was one of her first magic tutors, and was so thrilled that her granddaughter had similar powers to her.
-Artemis and her brother were born August 18th. (Making them Leos on Earth and Mermaids in the Magical Dimension.)
-Her best friend is Bloom’s eldest daughter. Though, that’s probably a no-brainer.
-She has a love for gymnastics and ballet. She loves how graceful and powerful they make her feel, not to mention how some of the moves come in handy while battling/flying.
-Like her mother and grandmother, Artemis is heavy into fashion. She wants the best designers for everything, and if there are none, she’ll design it herself. And the flashier, the better.
-Also like her mother, she does have a tendency to be a bit spoiled and ‘bratty’. (Or as it’s called, her “Princess ‘Tude”.) It does tone down some as she gets older, but it still pops in from time to time.
-Artemis is… Protective. Yes she’s technically the younger twin, and yes, her friends and brother are more than capable of protecting themselves and doing for themselves… But that doesn’t stop her from doing whatever she deems necessary to keep them safe.
-(Especially with her brother. He’s a bit, softer, than she is. His heart is more on his sleeve than hers is and she does not want anything to mess with his gentle nature.)
-Artemis has often ended up in ‘heated discussions’ and ‘arguments (fights)’ with others because of her brother and friends. She’s ride or die, guys. Ride or die.
-She’s not quite as open emotionally as her brother is, but she does have deep feelings. She just tends to keep them close to keep from being hurt.
-For example, her brother is next in line for the throne because he’s the oldest (technically). And while she’s happy for him, she’s always dreamed more of the throne and ruling than her brother. But she can’t change the rules, so she opts to be happy for her brother.
-(And all the while she’s doing her best to keep up with Solarian politics and policies, hoping that even if she can’t be queen, she can be a close advisor to her brother.)
-Artemis is openly bisexual. Her first relationship was even with a girl, though it didn’t work out… Puppy love, you know?
-Which, love/crushes with Artemis just fall into her biggest trait: her “I’ll do what I want that makes me happy”, trait. She’s never one to shy away from what she wants. (Well… In most cases.)
-Like many, she has her ‘big crush’. The one she’s secretly pined for in her deepest dreams. (Layla and Nabu’s son, who is one of her best guy friends. Not that she’d tell anyone but her best friend.)
-At Alfea, she’s considered joining the cheer squad and gymnastics team. But it’ll depend on who joins with her. (She may enjoy being a drama queen and knowing the scoop on everything and everyone, but she’d rather avoid those sorts of confrontations if she can. Appearances to keep, you know?)
-(Not saying she wouldn’t go for the throat though. Like her mom, she’s not afraid to call people out… Or play with any feelings her opponent may have of inadequacy or insecurity.)
-Artemis’ favorite class so far at Alfea are the cooking classes. Though, probably not for the right reasons… She’s not the best cook, but she does love to eat. And with her palette, she’s a great taste-tester.
-She’s also really into the Divination Classes. They really allow her to delve deep into her magic and connect to herself in a way nothing else allows.
-On the flipside, she’s not a fan of the usual Physical Education classes… Or any class that takes her into Black Mud Swamp. Or the Forest. Or the Mountain Range.
-Her father made sure she had some hand-to-hand training while growing up, never wanting her to feel ‘powerless’ in the event her magic failed her. He also taught her how to use a sword. (Very carefully. She is his Princess.)
-(Yes. Artemis is a stereotypical ‘Daddy’s Girl’. And Brandon is well aware that his daughter has him wrapped around her finger. He stopped caring a long time ago though.)
-Artemis has her own room at Alfea. She always enjoyed having her own room and it gives her space for her clothes and design sketches.
-Artemis has a weak spot for the party scene. 90% of the time, if there is a party going on within proximity of the realm she’s on, she will be there. She may not ‘jump into the limelight’ or ‘create scenes’ often, but she has found that parties are the best way to gain information.
-After all, knowledge is power.
-Again, that sort of comes from a place of her own insecurities about not being the “Crown Princess” and next in line. She feels like she has to prove herself worthy like her brother, even though her family has done everything they can to make sure she knows how loved she is. (Anxieties don’t care about facts. Never have, never will.)
-When she grows up, since she can’t be queen, her dream is to be her brother’s advisor. (Or… If that crush works out… She may get to be a queen after all…)
