So I saw a response about a pendulum reading here you mentioned that you’re about to have a little girl... Firstly - CONGRATULATIONS!! Secondly, the news apparently made me want to make a thing for baby Stitchy (thanks for accidentally inspiring me 😽)..

It’s not DeviantArt good, but I think it might look good on a nursery wall? It turned out far better than I could have possibly imagined so I hope you like it, because I adored making it and I’ve been going back to look at it all morning 😍...

The hat is supposed to be crochet because Stitchy Witchy 😉, I also used pentagrams and triskelions because why not be safe (I can remove them if you like though), and an element from your icon.

And then... A poem I wrote for my baby sister when she was born because it seemed to fit..

Congratulations again sweet pea.. I hope she’s happy and healthy and all her sweetest dreams come true 👼

Hush, Be Still

Hush now little one

Rest, be still and

go to sleep

The sun has left

The sky is dark

All colour has faded, gone

Shadows wrap around you

Murmur in your ear

go to sleep

Listen closely

And you will hear

The sleepy stars

So far away

Singing, softly singing

With barely a sound

The wind starts blowing

OH be still my beating heart!! @silveringrose​ I am in tears! This is incredibly beautiful and I cannot stop looking at it. This will definitely be framed in her nursery along with your beautiful poem. Words cannot describe how thankful I am that you did this for us! So I just found your Hermione and Cho fic on AO3. And I love, love loved it. I could only have loved it more if it were longer. Oh and..*awkwardly high-fiving a fellow Warehouse 13 fan who totally thought Myka and HG were made for each other*. And do you think there might be more Hermione/Cho??

Oh, what a lovely message to get! Thank you so much! (And definitely high-five for the Warehouse 13 connection, that’s a small enough fandom that I’m always happy to meet another.)

On the Hermione/Cho front---maybe! Ideally, yes, I had a great time writing your story’s all wrong all those years ago, and I love Cho and think she is tragically underused.

Actually, I once wrote like 5k of a thing for them like three years ago while I was trying to avoid writing something else, but then I realized that it was going to have a PLOT and panicked and ran in the other direction (because the thing I was avoiding writing also had a plot, and I was not having a good time with that), and it’s one of the few unfinished things I regularly open up and think about continuing. So maybe I will at some point! (I mean, right now I’m finishing up something else, but after.)

I opened it up again writing this response, and you know what? I’m still kind of into it. So, honestly---hopefully! You’ve got me thinking about it, at any rate.
