just a little time skip - henry’s aged up and moved out! he’s renting an apartment in evergreen harbor and things between him and sophie are starting to get serious! he had both the moms over (not at the same time they still don’t really get along) to check out the new place. only the best camping furniture for our level 1 programmer.
hailey and ken had a little girl, arianna! she’s WAY too cute for her own good. ken definitely wanted a little girl to spoil and hailey loves having a little one again since cole’s getting older. meanwhile, henry’s been seeing a girl from school named sophia. they’ve got a lot in common - both geeks and into video games!
it’s been a rough couple weeks at work, so i’ve just been playing the sims and writing a d&d campaign, but i’ve been trying to take screenshots as i go. i’m going to be giving the nightmare legacy challenge another shot using a save file, but i am attached to the Root family, so i’ll give you some updates as we progress. Henry has a new brother, Cole, and then he aged up! henry loves video games and programming.
meanwhile, hailey and ken are still very much in love and already expecting a second baby! a surprise right after cole was born, but hailey did want the same big family she grew up with.
hailey’s post mya-rebound turned out to be a keeper. ken nakamura is a detective who’s fun to be around and loves kids. he and hailey got married pretty fast and he’s been trying to win henry over. he got him a boombox as a belated birthday gift (which henry didn’t like but hey, a guy can try). he always wanted kids of his own so he and hailey decided to start trying for a baby right away and she wound up having another boy, cole!
little bit of a marriage story here. hailey and mya, highschool sweethearts, get married pretty young and decide to start a family. things are going pretty good, but as henry is getting older, hailey feels like she and mya are growing apart. mya’s working as a fashion blogger. she’s spending a lot of late nights out. she’s constantly working. hailey quits her music gig to stay home with henry and freelances, writing songs from home and doing pretty well for herself. henry starts school and things seem okay. they take a few little day trips together. but hailey can’t get that feeling back.
they argue about how to raise henry. they argue about dinner. they argue about everything. mya moves out. hailey finds comfort in the arms of a man named ken, who she met at the dog park. mya comes home to talk about patching things up to find ken in the kitchen, spending time with her son. she ends it. and that’s what you missed on glee.
i love any animation or pose that lets my sims gaze lovingly into one anothers’ eyes.
