Villa Petrarca
a cc-free Simblreen Build by moonwoodhollow
While last year's Simblreen build was a cosy autumn build in which your sims could watch the new Sims of the Dead VII movie while cosying up on their sofa with a hot chocolate, this year's build is a little different and will probably not be as inviting.
Villa Petrarca was once a grand villa, known for its illustrious owners who'd celebrated the most infamous balls Tartosa has ever known, but then countless tragedies struck, and the villa fell into ruins. But there are whispers that someone, or something, is still living there, just waiting for someone new to haunt, or hunt perhaps?
Now, would you dare to save this house?
Happy Simblreen! Don't forget, there's still next weekend and you're in for a Witching Hour treat then!
More screenshots, info + download link under the cut!
So what do you get?
Villa Petrarca is a 20x20 residential lot best placed in Tartosa on the Piccola Luce lot. The house has up to 3 bedrooms, one master bedroom with an ensuite, another bedroom, plus a nursery. There's an attic that could potentially serve as a bedroom as well. There are 4 bathrooms in total. The house also has a basement.
Two notes on the house:
As this is a very old house, it does not have a fridge. You might want to change this if your sims actually need to use the kitchen.
I am still enraged (not really) that the gorgeous Life and Death greenhouse windows did not come with a fitting door, so if you'd like to change this and you're also using cc, I can recommend this gorgeous add-on by peacemaker.
Uses items from the following packs: looks best with almost all packs. But a tip: take a look at the build in the gallery and click on the packs to see the items I used from that pack, it might also look good with fewer packs.
Download: Up on the gallery: aeromantica | SFS
If the build says 65 files are missing when you place it, it's not true. Everything's right there. The lot is playtested as well.
TOU: Please don’t claim as your own or put behind paywalls etc. If you find any issues please let me know + tag me if you’ll use the building, I’d love to see it in your games.
If you like what I do and want to show your appreciation, I have a ko-fi!
I made you a hair! Well, I really made Miss Millicent Morose here a new hair, but I figured you might like it too. It's sculpted and textured by me from scratch. Credit goes to the almighty blessed RheallSims for the hairline.
I made you some other things too! They're pretty simple, but I hope you still enjoy them.
And late. Ha. As usual. This is the year I'm finally giving you that DMC set I have been working on for far too long now. Resident Evil's magical little cousin deserves some more love.
This is a 45 asset large BGC set full of goodies, little details, and even official concept art from the games. If you like detective noir then this devil hunter bundle of stuff is for you.
