INTRODUCING SIMONE SDOLZINI

Simone Sdolzini was born in San Benedetto del Tronto(Italy) , he spent his childhood between Fermo , Porto San Giorgio and Citano’ Fra. After high school he moved to London ,where he discovered his drawing talents. In 2011 he started at the University of Fine Arts in Macerata (Italy), where he attended an illustration course. In 2013 he spent his Erasmus (exchange programme) in Madrid studying at Ces Felipe II.
Simone currently works as a tattoo artist and dedicates his free time to painting, illustration, creating murals , and making comics and sculptures
He is part of the collective “Uomini Nudi Che Corrono”, with whom he collaborates and participates artistically in festivals and concerts matching exposition with live-painting.
He has also collaborated with the webzine Freackouters (Napoli) where he writes and illustrates articles in the monthly music column.
He also released two screen printed books titled "Dreaming” and “Eating” respectively .
In 2014 he participated with his comics in the book “10 Lune” edited by Bel-Ami (Roma), 10 stories by 10 different italian illustrators.
In December 2014 he finished university and the moved to Bristol with the hope to survive doing what he likes.
