Another component of the Thinking Classroom is having students stand while having discussions ensuring they remain active and engaged as sitting promotes complacency and allows some students to disengage from the discussion.

Think-Pair-Share: This strategy involves students first thinking individually about a question or problem, then discussing their ideas with a partner or group, and finally sharing their thoughts with the whole class. It encourages active participation and provides students with multiple opportunities to engage with the material and their peers.

Another group of great students. All my kids were great this year, I learned much from everyone  and hope (subjunctive) to come back better and smarter with even more patience and fortitude.
